Return, Refund & Exchange Policy
- Customers can exchange their order within 7 days of the order delivery.
- In Size exchange, customer have to courier back the purchased tshirt which must be in unused condition with tags intact, and we will send you exchanged tshirt.
- All returns must be in unused condition with all original tags and packaging intact.
- The product amount will be credited back to your card/bank, once we have received the products and quality check is done.
- For COD refunds - Kindly mail us at poke@wtfunk.in with order id, return reason and bank details, once we receive the product and quality check is done, we shall initiate the returns and keep you posted.
- Online refund of shipping and cod charges is not applicable
- As we will have arranged a reverse pickup, we request you to pack the items securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit.
- International orders are not eligible for return/ exchange unless an incorrect product has been delivered
- Defective products need not be sent back to us unless confirmed by the customer care team. If you have received a defective product, send us images on poke@wtfunk.in along with order id and our team will check it.
- All refunds will take 5-6 working days to initiate after we receive the returned product.
- We are always happy to exchange wrong / incorrect size, kindly mail us on poke@wtfunk.in with order details. (Courier Charges if as applicable)
